Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage tax procedures, prepare financial reports, and provide support during audits. Key Highlights: 1. Expert handling of systems such as SIRE, PLAME, and Clave SOL 2. Preparation and filing of tax settlements 3. Generation of monthly Financial Statements reports **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Accounting * Courses or specialization in Taxation (desirable) * 1 year of experience in the position * Experience in the real estate sector (desirable) * Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with accounting systems (Contasis, Siscon, Concar) * Availability to work on-site in Surco * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Expertly manage SIRE, PLAME, Clave SOL, PDT 621, PDT Retentions, AFP payments, and calculation of social benefits * Prepare and file tax settlements in accordance with current regulations * Correctly apply fifth-category withholding taxes, timekeeping for overtime and absences calculation, and settlement of social benefits upon resignation or dismissal * Generate monthly Financial Statements reports for accurate interpretation and decision-making * Accurately enter and classify financial transactions in the accounting system * Organize and archive invoices, payment receipts, and other tax documents * Provide support during internal and external audits by collecting and verifying accounting information * Perform other duties as required by the company **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * General Regime payroll * Career development path Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp number * Specify your academic major and degree obtained * Indicate your experience with accounting systems; list the software used * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * Are you available to work on-site in Surco? * State your salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
