We market and distribute glass and aluminum products throughout Peru, **delivering quality in our products and efficiency in our services.** We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT** **Position Profile** Social Worker – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience as a Social Worker in the industrial sector. **Responsibilities:** \+ Monitor medical leaves and manage the recovery of subsidies from Essalud, registering them in the payroll system. \+ Conduct home visits and accompany employees to medical appointments. \+ Process health insurance, SCTR, EPS, and life insurance enrollments and renewals for employees. \+ Develop and implement the Work Plan and Social Welfare Programs. \+ Coordinate with the occupational physician on indicators derived from occupational medical examinations of our employees to design a health control program and jointly monitor its implementation. \+ Carry out internal communication, welfare, and workplace climate activities. \+ Manage leave requests after validating required supporting documents to ensure smooth process execution. \+ Follow up on prolonged common illnesses and/or accidents, work-related accidents, and pre- and post-natal cases. \+ Conduct home and hospital visits (as required) and submit corresponding reports to the Human Resources Manager. \+ Execute workplace climate improvement activities, team integration events, birthday communications, among others. \+ Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** \+ Enrollment in the payroll system from the first day of employment \+ Opportunity to join a stable and continuously growing company \+ Positive work environment and ongoing training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
