Position Summary: Support the management of operational staff across multiple sites, handling subsidy procedures, occupational accident follow-up, and workplace climate activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage subsidy procedures and occupational accident follow-up. 2. Support workplace climate and integration activities. 3. Provide support in administrative processes of human resource management. At **Servicios Brickell**, a concessionaire providing hospital food services to EsSalud hospitals, we are seeking a Well-being and Workplace Climate Assistant to support operational staff management across our various locations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage subsidy procedures (EsSalud: maternity leave, temporary disability, etc.). * Conduct follow-up on occupational accidents and incidents. * Support workplace climate and integration activities. * Coordinate uniform distribution and inventory control. * Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation. * Provide support in administrative processes of human resource management. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (preferably in operational companies). * Basic knowledge of EsSalud subsidies. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for on-site work and travel to different locations. **Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1500 – S/ 1600 * MYPE payroll * Location: San Miguel / Lima Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience processing EsSalud subsidies? * Have you conducted occupational accident follow-up? * What is your Excel proficiency level? * How much experience do you have in social welfare or HR? * Are you available to travel to different locations? * Have you worked with operational staff (production, kitchen, plant, etc.)? * In case of a minor plant accident, what would be your first action?
