**Requirements:** * Professional graduate/bachelor in Civil, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position * Possess A1 driver's license and valid documents (minimum 1 year validity). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Knowledge of MS Project, Integrated Management System, occupational health and safety, blueprint reading. * Full and immediate availability to work. * **Must reside in areas adjacent to Huaura, Végueta or Supe (Mandatory)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Knowledge of site management. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards during construction execution. * Conduct technical inspections before, during, and upon completion of each project. * Prepare technical reports including photographs, measurements, and observations. * Full coordination of construction crew and subcontractors. * Manage schedules, production, and progress tracking. * Maintain daily control of technical documentation (quantities, labor productivity, material usage by item). * Manage worker entry documentation to the construction site. * Prepare on-site occupational health and safety (SST) documents. * Documentation for project dossier delivery. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract. * All social benefits according to MYPE law. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and SVL insurance. * Meals provided. * And more.
