We are currently seeking: **Digital Media Planning Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Inputting and reviewing media orders, as well as handling administrative tasks related to campaign closure and billing. * Coordinating and distributing materials to media outlets. * Monitoring campaigns and ensuring compliance with agreements made with media partners. * Implementing self-managed digital media campaigns for the agency. * Developing media reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles and/or media planning centers (preferred). * Experience implementing digital campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok. * Familiarity with Looker Studio. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory).
