At Duo Marketer, an agency specialized in content marketing and digital strategies, we seek a candidate passionate about video recording and editing who wants to grow with us. Responsibilities: Video editing in CapCut and Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of color correction and basic motion graphics (in any of the mentioned software). Content recording following scripts and guidelines from the planning department. Support in audiovisual production: cameras, lighting, sound, and recording logistics. Hybrid work mode (50% remote, 50% on-site). Participation in weekly and interdepartmental meetings to review progress. Openness to ongoing training and team learning. Requirements: Solid knowledge of video recording, lighting, shot composition, and editing. Solid knowledge of camera operation (SONY or CANON). Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve. Organization, creativity, and willingness to work under guidelines and briefs. Proactivity and commitment to grow alongside the agency. Prior experience in social media projects is desirable. Knowledge of storytelling techniques and creative concepts. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:30 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
