Cross-departmental coordination for commercial strategies **Join our team!** At Grupo Twinovo, a leading Chinese consortium officially representing global technology and home appliance brands in Peru — including **Deerma, QCY, Bomidi, Germ, Xiaomi, Honor**, among others — we seek a **results-driven Commercial Planning Analyst** eager to grow professionally. **Turn data into winning strategies that drive business growth!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze commercial data (sales, inventory, demand, and KPIs) to generate insights supporting decision-making. * Develop and monitor demand forecasts (PSI), ensuring appropriate supply planning. * Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and purchase orders to optimize stock availability. * Evaluate profitability by brand, channel, customer, and category, identifying improvement opportunities. * Analyze commercial metrics, pricing, product mix, and campaign results to drive business growth. * Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to execute commercial plans and strategies. * Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations containing key business information. * Propose improvements to commercial and planning processes based on data analysis. * Create informational charts, sales analyses, and executive PowerPoint or Canva presentations with high visual quality and managerial conciseness. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Administration and Marketing, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial analyst, business intelligence analyst, commercial planner, or management controller in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or technology companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency (macros, pivot tables, logical functions, and advanced lookup functions **(Mandatory).** * Intermediate Power BI proficiency **(Desirable)** **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under Peru’s general labor regime with full social benefits from day one. * Corporate discounts on our brands. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * At Grupo Twinovo, we promote gender, ethnic, and national origin diversity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or diverse abilities through equal opportunity across all our processes.
