Support digital campaigns and activations. **Job Posting: Part-Time Community Manager – Chorrillos** We are looking for a creative, proactive, and discerning Community Manager to manage our social media, strengthen our community relationships, and contribute fresh content ideas. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to messages and comments on social media promptly and professionally. * Engage with the community to strengthen brand engagement. * Post stories on Meta and TikTok. * Identify trends and propose content ideas with viral potential. * Support planning and execution of the content calendar. * Coordinate with the audiovisual team for content publication. * Monitor post performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Support digital campaigns, promotions, and activations. * Assist in b\-roll filming. **Required Profile:** * Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience managing social media (preferred). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity in generating content ideas. * Familiarity with trends and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively. **Employment Conditions:** Location: Chorrillos Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM to 1:00 PM Work Mode: Part-Time Salary: Market-competitive.
