Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Manager with design expertise to create and manage social media content and provide audiovisual support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital content creation and management. 2. Support in audiovisual content production. 3. Planning of internal and external communications. OUR PSYCHOLOGICAL CENTER "MI MUNDO ES TU MUNDO" WITH 13 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE is looking for top talent to fill the position of "Community Manager". Below are the details: Requirements: - Own equipment for performing job duties. - Availability to work in a hybrid mode. - Willingness to travel to the districts of San Miguel, Miraflores, and Los Olivos. - Graduated in Design, Marketing, or related fields. - Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and social media platforms. - Two years of experience as a Community Manager and Designer (preferred). Responsibilities: 1. Creation and management of social media content (mandatory). Generate reports and metrics on content performance. 2. Social media: Report KPIs (visits, likes). 3. Support other departments in creating audiovisual content to meet the center’s various needs. 4. Provide all relevant information about the center via the social media platforms that request it. 5. Plan, organize, and oversee editing activities for internal and external publications to keep organizational members and clients informed. 6. Develop, disseminate, and maintain an updated calendar for organizational staff (birthdays, holidays, institutional announcements, etc.). 7. Continuous and creative creation and management of audiovisual content for the organization (mandatory). 8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Administrative Departments.
