JOB SUMMARY** At **Veliz \& Espinoza**, the official venue management company for Club Universitario de Deportes, we are looking for a proactive and organized Content \& Community Manager to design, produce, and execute content strategies for social media and digital channels—engaging local audiences across regions and humanizing the brand to build community, strengthen positioning, and attract customers. **2\. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** · Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields · Minimum 2 years’ experience managing social media or digital content for **B2C brands** · Prior **experience coordinating organic campaigns and content collaborations** · Preferred: **experience** with consumer, technology, or mobility brands · Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center**, and content scheduling tools · Knowledge of analytics tools such as **Instagram Insights and Metricool** · Basic skills in **creative writing and digital storytelling** · Preferred: knowledge of graphic design and video editing **3\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** · Designs and manages the monthly social media content calendar · Coordinates with graphic designers and video editors to create content assets · Manages social media accounts: posts, messages, comments, and engagement · Researches motorcycle industry content trends and regional digital user behavior · Coordinates content with brand ambassadors and regional dealers · Measures content performance and engagement metrics, and generates monthly reports **4\.
