At *Salón Vogue Spa*, with 33 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, we seek to welcome a **Content Manager \& Digital Content Creator**, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media presence—engaging our audience creatively, strategically, and results-oriented. We seek a proactive individual with aesthetic judgment and a focus on digital growth, capable of producing compelling content that boosts visibility and customer acquisition. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the monthly content calendar. * Create, record, and edit content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, photos, and graphic design). * Manage and administer social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Propose creative ideas aligned with trends and business objectives. * Conduct photo and video sessions at the salon (services, staff, and clients). * Design institutional graphic assets (promotions, branding, campaigns). * Execute advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. * Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize results. * Maintain visual and aesthetic brand consistency. * Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and internal communications. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CapCut. * Experience in creating and editing social media content. * Knowledge of digital trends (especially Reels and TikTok). * Experience in social media management and content planning. * Familiarity with Meta Ads (basic/intermediate level). * Photography and video skills (mandatory). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Creativity, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensitivity. * Organizational ability, teamwork, and time management skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries. * Knowledge of branding and digital marketing. * Ability to appear in content or direct recordings. **We Offer** * Full-time position in a creative environment. * Fixed salary \+ performance-based bonuses. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Direct involvement in brand innovation and development projects.
