At **Manglamar**, we are looking for an in-house **Strategic Content Creator** who lives and breathes social media, possesses a luxury-oriented aesthetic sensibility, and can transform viral trends into authentic brand positioning. What will be your mission? Design and execute the content strategy for a premium hotel development belonging to an international chain, creating pieces that resonate with the audience, drive reach, and build a strong brand. What will you do? * Design and lead the brand’s content strategy from scratch. * Create, film, and edit daily content for Instagram and TikTok. * Develop reels, trends, and aspirational content for an international hotel chain project. * Adapt viral formats to the worlds of hospitality, lifestyle, and real estate with your own distinctive perspective. * Travel to the destination to document experiences, facilities, and the project’s DNA. * Create organic content and creatives for paid advertising campaigns. * Manage content planning, scheduling, and publishing. * Oversee visual, narrative, and aesthetic consistency across all posts. * Propose new ideas, formats, and growth opportunities for the brand. Requirements * Portfolio required. Creative ideas and examples of viral or high-reach content will be especially valued. * Prior experience managing content for brands, companies, or personal projects. * Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and AI-powered content creation tools. * Knowledge of hooks, storytelling, and viral formats. * Basic knowledge of lighting, filming, and audio. * Familiarity with UGC (User-Generated Content). * Ability to film, appear on camera, and direct content productions.
