Your mission will be to **respond to customer messages on social media**, **receive and guide visitors at the gym**, and ensure a warm and professional experience at all times. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Coordinate visits and showcase the facilities. * Provide approachable, elegant, and top-tier service to each customer. * Support the conversion of leads into active club members. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service (in-person or digital). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and professional appearance. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp Business. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary * Bonuses and incentives Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
