Position Summary: This position focuses on implementing development initiatives for children's well-being, working with local groups and organizations, and ensuring child participation. Implement development actions that constitute the primary link between WV’s program team and local actors and communities, focusing on collaboration with local groups and organizations to contribute to children’s well-being priorities. Main Functions. * Implement and monitor children’s and adolescents’ participation in development activities planned from a shared community vision. * Ensure communication fulfillment between children and sponsors. Requirements. * University graduate or current university student or technical-level student in Humanities or Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education) or related fields, with complementary experience in this area. * Technical Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community development work. * Experience implementing violence prevention techniques or activities. * Experience working in contexts of social insecurity risk. * Mandatory ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle. * Must reside in the work area or adjacent municipalities.
