




**Job Mission** Support and execute Human Talent Management (GTH) operational processes, ensuring proper administration of personnel, payroll, recruitment, and document management, thereby contributing to order, regulatory compliance, and efficiency within the GTH area at POP UP EIRL. **Specific Functions** 1\. Personnel Administration * Execute personnel onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in payroll under supervision. * Draft contracts, renewals, addendums, and manage corresponding signatures. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files (physical and digital). * Record and monitor attendance, permissions, vacations, and leaves. * Support management of T-Registration, PLAME, and procedures before SUNAT, MTPE, and Essalud. 2\. Payroll and Labor Obligations * Support monthly payroll closing. * Record and validate hours worked, tardiness, absences, deductions, and bonuses. * Prepare payroll reports for review by the GTH Coordinator. 3\. Recruitment and Selection * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Screen CVs according to required profiles. * Coordinate interviews and evaluations with user departments. * Manage onboarding documentation and support induction of new employees. 4\. Culture, Climate, and Internal Communication * Support organization of workplace climate and wellness activities. * Disseminate internal announcements and assist in corporate events. 5\. Document Management and Reporting * Organize and archive GTH department documentation. * Prepare basic reports on personnel, attendance, and recruitment. * Support labor audits and documentary requests. 6\. Other Functions * Perform related tasks assigned by the GTH Coordinator. **Job Requirements** Academic Qualifications * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources**, or related fields. Experience * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Preferred experience in production, service, or operational environment companies. Technical Knowledge * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience supporting payroll management. * Operational-level proficiency in **T-Registration and PLAME**. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (**Excel is mandatory**). * Recruitment and selection (posting and screening).
