Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to strengthen our organizational culture and support talent growth in the video game and technology sector. Key Highlights: 1. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, inclusion, and creativity At Game Center S.A.C., we are looking for a professional to join our Human Resources team with the goal of further strengthening our organizational culture and supporting the growth of our human talent within the exciting world of video games and technology. **Main Responsibilities:** · Design and implement talent recruitment and selection strategies (technical, creative, and administrative). · Coordinate training and professional development. · Develop and deliver workshops or talks on workplace climate. · Implement retention, recognition, and well-being strategies. · Advise team leaders on human resource management and organizational climate matters. · Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, inclusion, and creativity. · Maintain attendance records, entry/exit times, vacation days, and leave requests. · Record payroll-related updates: hires, terminations, overtime, leaves, etc. · Coordinate with accounting and/or external systems for payroll preparation and disbursement. · Manage physical and digital personnel files (personnel dossiers, contracts, pay slips, etc.). · Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. · Monitor compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. · Address staff inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, benefits, and other procedures. **Requirements:** · Degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in HR areas (preference for technology and video game sectors). · Proficiency in recruitment, workplace climate, and performance management tools. · Basic knowledge of labor legislation and social benefits. · Proficiency in office software (Excel) and attendance or payroll systems. **Working Hours:** * **Workdays**: Monday to Saturday **Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Current WhatsApp number * Availability * Current residential district Experience: * Human Resources: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
