Positive work environment **Location:** Lima, Peru **Work Modality:** On-site / (adjust if hybrid) **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Job Objective** Provide support in the comprehensive management of Human Resources and Social Welfare, ensuring compliance with Peruvian labor regulations and accurate administration of payroll, employment contracts, and personnel administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and process the monthly payroll. * Register, update, and validate information in T\-Registro and PLAME. * Calculate and manage statutory social benefits payments. * Draft employment contracts and manage renewals. * Process final settlements for terminated employees. * Support recruitment and selection processes (knowledge of evaluation techniques required). * Maintain up-to-date employee files. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Manage staff motivation activities. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of: * Current Peruvian labor legislation. * Payroll preparation and calculation (General Regime and MYPE). * Proficiency in **T\-Registro and PLAME**. * Calculation of social benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations. * Preparation of social benefits settlements. * MYPE Regime, REMYPE, and MYPE Tax Regime. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (tables, formulas; knowledge of macros is a plus). * Familiarity with AI tools (desirable). * Knowledge of Logistics Management. **Key Competencies** * Organizational skills at the “everything under control” level. * Attention to detail (since a payroll error \= chaos). * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Proactivity and effective communication. **Benefits** * Positive work environment. * Professional growth opportunity. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards, subject to evaluation of proficiency in the described functions and requirements. **How to Apply?** **Send your updated CV to:** reclutamiento@clinicadentalidentical.com, with a copy to: identical.adm@gmail.com **Subject line should read:** “Human Resources Assistant– {First and Last Name}” Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
