It also manufactures components for use across various productive sectors. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Minimum one year of work experience (including internships). * Operational knowledge of talent retention, performance evaluation, workplace climate assessment, social welfare, and labor legislation. * Proficiency in handling indicators. * Attendance tracking and hour control. * Personnel recruitment. * Support in payroll preparation. * Registration of employee onboarding (High-T\-registration). * Availability to work onsite in the Ate district. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, and family allowance). * Salary: S/ 1,600\- S/1,700 (subject to evaluation). * Additional mobility bonus: approximately +S/200. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 to 17:20 hrs). * Opportunity to join a growing organization and develop alongside it. * Continuous training.
