Proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills **CORPORATION KEREN IS SEEKING TALENT!** Position: **Human Resources Assistant** – **Recruitment and Selection Specialist** **District: San Martin de Porres** **JOB PROFILE**: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Experience using job boards and social media. * Knowledge of candidate interviews and evaluation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Canva. * Preferably **female**, proactive, organized, and with strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Experience in retail companies or commercial chains is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Post job openings on various platforms. * Conduct resume screening and initial interviews. * Coordinate selection and hiring processes. * Prepare candidate reports and track new hires. * Coordinate with different departments to fulfill staffing requirements. * Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants. * Support administrative tasks for the immediate supervisor or the Human Resources department.
