We Are Looking for a ***HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT*** An **environmental-sector** company is seeking a **Recruiter** to join our team and manage selection processes for **national-level environmental projects**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel selection**. * Experience in **consulting firms or service companies** is desirable. * Experience recruiting **technical and operational profiles**, such as environmental engineers, SSOMA supervisors, field technicians, among others. * Proficiency in conducting **competency-based interviews**. * Knowledge of **hiring procedures and personnel file preparation**. * Experience in **drafting employment contracts and issuing pay slips**. **Responsibilities** * Posting and promoting job openings on **job portals and social media**. * Reviewing and screening **resumes**. * Conducting **virtual and in-person interviews**. * Coordinating assessments and **verifying professional references**. * Preparing and presenting **selection reports**. * Supporting the **hiring and onboarding process** for personnel assigned to environmental projects.
