Ensure compliance with labor regulations and external coordination **Human Resources Manager – S\&M Foods S.A.C.** Location: Barranca **Job Description:** Responsible for comprehensively managing the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and leading recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and employee well-being processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of T\-Registration (hiring and termination) * Preparation and control of payroll, social benefits, and final settlements * Administration of AFP, PLAME, and statutory deductions * Preparation of personnel reports * Coordination with SUNAFIL, MINTRA, and other external entities * Implementation of HR policies and programs * Employee support and assistance to all departments * Leading employee integration and workplace well-being activities **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll management * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration * Statutory benefits Salary: S/.3,300\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
