We are FUNDO MONTECRUZ EIRL, a leading company dedicated to dairy farming. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Human Resources Supervisor and join our team.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree, undergraduate degree, or graduate in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Strong moral values.
* Immediate availability.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Preparation of payroll, social benefits, calculation of fifth-category income tax, and other related tasks.
* Preparation and submission of PDT PLAME.
* Filing and payment of AFP and VIDA LEY contributions.
* Maintaining up-to-date T\-REGISTRO, employment contracts, vacation records, and departmental documentation.
* Supervising contract administration, working hours, leave requests, absences, and terminations.
* Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards, as well as employee well-being and motivation.
* Addressing employee concerns and inquiries, managing labor conflicts, and maintaining positive team relations.
* Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and internal company policies.
* Assisting in the recruitment and selection process.
* Managing employee welfare programs.
* Other duties inherent to the role.
* Willingness to travel weekly to the farm located in La Joya
