**Job Objective** Provide comprehensive training, educational support, and guidance in manners, habits, and values to children or adolescents under their care, ensuring a structured, safe, and stimulating environment for their academic, emotional, and social development. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and developmental activities. * Assist with homework and reinforce specific academic areas. * Promote good manners, protocol, rules of conduct, organizational habits, and responsibility. * Organize cultural outings, recreational, or artistic activities that contribute to holistic development. * Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress, behavior, or special needs. * Accompany children during extracurricular activities. * Ensure the overall well-being of minors regarding nutrition and recreation. **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or university degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Desirable additional studies in child psychology. * Basic knowledge of first aid. **Work Experience** * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a governess, tutor, private teacher, or professional nanny. * Experience in family homes or high-standard educational institutions is desirable. **Skills and Competencies** * Vocation for education. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Patience and empathy. * Emotional self-control. * Organizational and planning skills. * Good communication skills. * Discretion and confidentiality. **Additional Skills** * Knowledge of a foreign language. * Office software proficiency. **Position Conditions** * Schedule: Full-time / Live-in or live-out. * Work Location: Family residence. * Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
