Career path and potential for professional growth A company specializing in construction, maintenance, and energy is looking for a creative, proactive, and committed professional to strengthen our brand across all of Peru. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing. * Knowledge of and proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or others). * Experience creating audiovisual content for social media. * Ability to work with objectives, strategic planning, and advertising campaigns. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute marketing strategies to position the brand. * Identify market needs and customer segments. * Create differentiated value propositions. * Manage communications across digital and traditional channels. * Design graphic and audiovisual content (photos, videos) for social media and campaigns. * Monitor project implementation across platforms. * Drive digital marketing, content marketing, public relations, and affiliate marketing campaigns. * Participate in conferences and events to promote the brand. **Requirements:** * Opportunity to lead the marketing department in a growing company. * Career path and potential for professional growth. * Biweekly and timely payments. * On-site work. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you currently employed?
