Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to monitor and clean conveyor belts in the loading system, as well as to carry out cargo receipt activities at the terminal. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in cargo receipt and truck weighing At Tramarsa, a port company of the Romero Group, we seek to hire a qualified individual for the position of Operations Assistant. If you meet the requirements, we invite you to apply and participate in our selection process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and release conveyor belts in the loading system to ensure they remain free from obstruction caused by accumulated mineral, thereby enabling smooth operations. * Carry out cleaning, collection, recovery, or relocation of accumulated or residual mineral across various areas of the terminal to maintain orderly and clean facility conditions. * Perform cargo receipt activities, weighing, washing, and truck supervision according to schedule to fulfill the mineral receipt process at the terminal. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of energy isolation and lockout procedures (desirable) * Basic I – PBIP and Basic Port Safety * 6 months performing related duties. * 1 year of experience in the same position * Experience in port, mining, or industrial sectors * Willingness to reside in Ilo. **We Offer:** * Timely payment of all statutory social benefits (bonuses, CTS, social insurance, vacation, family allowance) * Anniversary Bonus (15 days' salary) * EPS Pacífico (70% coverage) * Schooling Bonus (once per year) Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
