Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the position of Payroll Analyst, responsible for coordinating and executing payroll processing, analyzing compensation, and managing labor documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll and compensation coordination and calculation 2. Compensation and social benefits analysis 3. Labor contract administration and organization of obligations A mining services company is currently seeking a professional to fill the **PAYROLL ANALYST** position for our offices in Lima – La Victoria. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the mining sector (preferred). * Experience preparing payroll for ERP systems covering more than 300 employees. * Knowledge of current labor legislation applicable to the mining and general services sectors. * Proficiency in HR processes, document management, employee file maintenance, and compliance with labor legal requirements. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI (mandatory). * Knowledge of collective bargaining and experience working with unions (preferred). * Experience analyzing personnel expenses. * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday in Lima, and willingness to travel for site visits. **Main Functions:** * Coordinate and execute payroll and compensation calculation processes. * Analyze employee compensation and social benefits. * Administer and organize labor contracts, vacation records, and compliance with labor obligations in a virtual file system. * Train staff on timekeeping registration and information control within the Payroll ERP system. * Submit declarations and make payments to AFP entities, PDT PLAME, Vida Ley, SCTR, and other institutions related to this role. *“We are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition.”* Salary: S/.3,200\.00 \- S/.3,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in related positions? * In which sectors have you implemented payroll processes? * What is your availability to start work? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
