Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage payroll, social benefits, settlements, and administrative procedures at a technology company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll, social benefits, and settlements. 2. Supports the preparation of administrative documents. 3. Complies with and enforces internal regulations. A leading company in the TECHNOLOGY sector is searching for top talent to fill the position of PAYROLL ASSISTANT, with the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in industrial relations, accounting, or administration (or related fields). (Mandatory) * 1 year of experience. (Desirable) * Availability to work in Miraflores. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage payroll, social benefits, settlements, and fifth-category income tax calculations (Critical). * Prepare and monitor biweekly payments. * Administer disciplinary measures such as warnings, suspensions, and terminations. * Coordinate and execute the medical examination schedule. * Provide support in preparing administrative documents for the department. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations, procedures, and the company's labor regulations. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Biweekly payments * Job stability * Working hours: Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM / Sat 9 AM–1 PM Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to work onsite in Miraflores?
