At our institution, we consider socioemotional development a fundamental pillar of learning; therefore, we seek a professional who can support, guide, and strengthen students’ emotional, social, and behavioral skills from an early age. Responsibilities: * Provide psychological support and educational guidance to students across early childhood, elementary, and secondary levels. * Design and implement psychoeducational workshops and activities focused on socioemotional development, social skills, self-esteem, and emotional self-regulation. * Foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful school climate that promotes appropriate emotional expression. * Conduct behavioral observations and basic psychological assessments, as needed by the classroom or institution. * Prepare psychological reports and provide timely feedback to teachers and families. * Coordinate prevention and intervention efforts for emotional, behavioral, or school adjustment difficulties. * Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ holistic development. * Organize and participate in training activities for students and families. Knowledge and Requirements: * University degree in **Psychology**, with orientation or specialization in Educational Psychology. * Valid **PROFESSIONAL LICENSE** (mandatory). * Prior experience, minimum 2 years. * Knowledge of child development and psychoeducational intervention strategies. * Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively and manage groups. * Commitment to the well-being and holistic development of students. * Must reside in **Lurin or nearby areas.** Benefits: * Formal employment registration. * A collaborative and professionally supportive work environment. * Opportunities for training, professional development, and growth.
