Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological services and participate in HR-related training and organizational activities. Key Highlights: 1. (Mandatory and verifiable) * Experience providing specialized care to children with autism and ADHD. (Mandatory and verifiable) * Verifiable experience delivering workshops or training sessions. (Mandatory and verifiable) * Interest and affinity for Human Resources and organizational development (Mandatory) * Residency in Metropolitan Lima. (Mandatory) * Preference for residence in districts near La Victoria. * Greater availability increases opportunities to schedule patients (we operate online from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM and in-person from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 365 days per year). * Own laptop, stable internet connection, and an appropriate space for online consultations. * Willingness to participate in creating psychoeducational content (e.g., brief video recordings for institutional social media). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Clinical Area** * Individual psychological counseling (children, adolescents, and adults). * Couple and/or family therapy. * Psychological assessments and reports. * Brief interventions and psychological guidance. **Organizational / HR Area** * Design and delivery of psychoeducational workshops (e.g., soft skills, emotional well-being, stress management, workplace climate, etc.). * Support in organizational-focused psychological assessment processes. * Participation in human development and talent management initiatives. **WORK MODALITY AND COMPENSATION:** * Freelance modality. * Service agreement contract (6 months, renewable subject to probationary period). * Professional sets their own availability schedule. * Patient assignments and activities scheduled according to availability. * Monthly payments. * Online consultations: starting at S/ 25 per session. * In-person consultations: starting at S/ 30 per session. * Workshops and organizational activities: fee determined per project. * Administrative coordination, patient scheduling, and billing handled by the company. **WE OFFER** * Patient flow aligned with availability and relevant experience. * Opportunity to participate in organizational projects with certification. * Administrative support. * Institutional backing. * Space for professional growth in clinical and organizational domains. **To continue your application, register via the following link: https://forms.gle/U6DCDMbschLV3hTD7** Salary: S/.25\.00 \- S/.30\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * To proceed with your application, register via the following link: https://forms.gle/U6DCDMbschLV3hTD7 to be contacted.
