We are looking for a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT to join our team.** **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or final-cycle student in Psychology. Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment and Selection (not mandatory!). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of labor legislation (not mandatory!). Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location in the district of Bellavista. Proactivity, dynamism, assertive communication, organization/planning. Strong desire to learn and develop professionally. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Selection:** Posting job openings on job boards and social media. Evaluating and classifying CVs according to position requirements. Screening at least 50 CVs per week. Contacting candidates and coordinating interviews. Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. Maintaining consistent follow-up with candidates. Organizing applicant documentation. Supporting job fairs and distributing flyers at strategic locations. Performing fieldwork during recruitment processes. **BENEFITS:** Salary: S/1130.00 MYPE regime.
