




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the full recruitment and selection cycle, as well as administrative activities within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for learning and professional development Responsibilities: * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Screen CVs according to required profiles. * Coordinate interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person). * Conduct preliminary interviews and basic validations. * Request, receive, and validate applicant documentation. * Provide support during onboarding (file preparation, contract signing coordination, induction, etc.). * Prepare comparative charts and selection process reports. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Assist with administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. * Comply with and ensure compliance with company internal policies, regulations, and procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information. Requirements: * Graduate or final-cycle student in Psychology or Human Resources. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruitment and selection (preferred). * Experience conducting interviews and utilizing recruitment sources. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strong written communication skills. * Immediate availability.
