Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** The Senior Internal Communications Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing Natura and Avon’s internal communications strategy for the Andean market—Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador—collaborating closely with the global communications team based in Brazil. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Key Responsibilities:** * Writing, reviewing, and publishing content and assets for internal and external communication channels. * Coordination of internal communication forums. * Identifying communication opportunities and serving as the point of contact for business areas. * Coordination with internal communications agencies, public relations firms, and other vendors. * Monitoring and measuring communication strategies. * Managing the department’s budget. * Supporting and overseeing requests and mobilizations originating from Brazil. * Consistently amplifying and coordinating between internal communications and institutional communications. * Coordinating spokesperson participation in events, interviews, and public exposure opportunities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in internal communications within corporations or agencies. * Experience in multimedia content writing/production. * Preferred: Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and Google Workspace applications. **Technical Competencies:** * Data analysis: Measuring impact of internal campaigns (email open rates, engagement, surveys); making data-driven decisions. * Relationship building and stakeholder management: Collaborating with leaders, HR, Marketing, and other departments. * Creativity and innovation: Proposing diverse formats (videos, internal campaigns, visual storytelling) to avoid flat or monotonous communications. \#LI\-LA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
