We are currently seeking a **Senior Structural Engineer**, who will provide **specialized technical advisory services** for the review and validation of the technical file for a Category II-1 hospital, acting as an **independent technical reviewer** during the definitive study phase. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and validate the structural design within the technical file, verifying its alignment with the pre-investment study and applicable current regulations. * Assess the technical coherence of the proposed structural solutions, considering criteria for structural safety, hospital functionality, and technical-economic optimization. * Review structural quantity take-offs and budget, identifying inconsistencies, omissions, or risks of overdesign that could lead to cost deviations. * Formulate documented technical observations and alerts regarding significant deviations in scope, cost, or regulatory criteria. * Participate in technical review and follow-up meetings, coordinating technically with other project specialties. **Requirements:** Licensed and registered Civil Engineer, with **senior-level experience in the design and/or review of structural systems for complex buildings**, preferably with experience in **hospital infrastructure** and participation in **technical files for public investment projects**.
