Job Summary:
Grupo Alamo Company is seeking a Social Assistant to manage social welfare, health-related procedures, and case follow-up in Surquillo.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage ESSALUD and social welfare procedures for employees.
2. Design and implement social welfare programs.
3. Handle employees' social and health-related cases.
We are Grupo Alamo Company, a real estate company with over 10 years of experience providing property administration and management services. We are currently seeking a SOCIAL ASSISTANT for our office located in Surquillo.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Social Work, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months of experience as a Social Assistant.
* Availability to work in Surquillo from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (hybrid mode).
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Process ESSALUD procedures (e.g., maternity benefits, benefit exchanges, reimbursements, registrations, and other related processes).
* Properly manage and track medical leaves.
* Design and implement social welfare programs and activities.
* Manage the entire EPS/ESSALUD enrollment and disenrollment process, as well as VIDA LEY, SCTR, and other related procedures.
* Assess and monitor social cases arising among employees.
* Coordinate and conduct visits to buildings and condominiums to address staff social welfare and workplace climate issues.
* Provide immediate assistance to employees in cases of work-related accidents or incidents, as well as situations affecting their health.
* Support the recruitment and selection department.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
