We support our clients in fulfilling their labor, regulatory, and social obligations, with a focus on worker well-being, safety, and sustainability. * Position: SOCIAL WORKER * Employment Type: Full time * Location: Huaral \- Huaral **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, renewals, personnel files, and other labor documents. * Monitoring of medical leaves, vacations, and other personnel incidents. * Support in onboarding processes, training sessions, and corporate events. * Preparation of monthly HR reports and summaries. * Coordination with entities such as MINTRA, EsSalud, SUNAFIL, etc. * Monitoring and follow-up of employees' social cases. * Monitoring and follow-up of workplace accidents. **Requirements:** * Minimum knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations and social welfare management. * Proficiency in digital tools (Office, Canvas, etc.). * Availability for hybrid work (office and field, as required by the project). * Graduate in Social Work. * Good communication skills, proactive attitude, stress tolerance, and ability to work under pressure. * Residence in Huaral, Chancay, or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Joining a professional and multidisciplinary team. * Opportunities for development and learning in diverse projects. * Excellent working environment.
