We support our clients in fulfilling their labor, regulatory, and social obligations, with a focus on worker well-being, safety, and sustainability. *Position:* SOCIAL WORKER *Employment Type:* Full time *Location:* Huaral \- Huaral **Responsibilities:** * Drafting and monitoring contracts, renewals, personnel files, and other labor-related documents. * Managing medical leaves, vacations, and other personnel incidents. * Supporting onboarding processes, training sessions, and corporate events. * Preparing monthly HR reports and summaries. * Coordinating with entities such as MINTRA, EsSalud, SUNAFIL, etc. * Monitoring and following up on employees' social cases. * Monitoring and following up on workplace accidents. **Requirements:** * Minimum knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations and social welfare management. * Proficiency in digital tools (Office, Canvas, etc.). * Availability for hybrid work (office and field, as required by the project). * Graduate in Social Work. * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, stress tolerance, and ability to work under pressure. * Residency in Huaral, Chancay, or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Joining a professional and multidisciplinary team. * Opportunities for development and learning in diverse projects. * Excellent working atmosphere. *Employment Type:* Full time Employment Type: Full time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
