




Job Summary: A Social Work professional responsible for supporting and assisting staff, managing administrative procedures, and promoting social welfare within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides emergency and accident support and assistance to staff. 2. Manages medical subsidy and social welfare procedures. 3. Organizes recreational activities and handles staff social cases. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Social Work. EDUCATION Social welfare training course. EXPERIENCE Minimum one year (01\) in similar positions. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide emergency and accident support and assistance to all company staff. * Receive, verify, and report employee medical leaves to HR. Receive and manage hand-drawn sketches. * Process medical subsidies until reimbursement is returned to the company. * Maintain statistics on medical leaves per employee. * Organize recreational activities or celebrations for holidays. * Handle staff social cases, recommending necessary actions to provide appropriate support. * Plan, organize, and implement programs related to social assistance and staff welfare. * Monitor vaccinated and unvaccinated personnel of the Consortium. * Implement actions and coordinate with the National Health Insurance System regarding rights accreditation and health and economic benefits for active staff and pensioners of the Consortium. * Comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies in accordance with safety procedures.
