Position Summary: We are seeking a Student Welfare Manager to coordinate academic activities, develop counseling plans, and manage student welfare programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate academic activities and support students' learning. 2. Develop extracurricular counseling and training plans. 3. Lead the induction program to facilitate the integration of new students. Student Welfare Manager Our modern higher education institute, aligned with national development goals, is seeking a Student Welfare Manager. Requirements: \- Valid professional license in Psychology or Educational Psychology is mandatory. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Demonstrated experience conducting workshops, counseling sessions, and programs for student groups is mandatory. \- Additional studies in therapies or integration and teaching programs are desirable. \- Experience in the education sector is desirable. \- On-site work mode in Pueblo Libre. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate with faculty to implement and carry out academic activities supporting students' learning. \- Develop extracurricular counseling and training plans. \- Lead the induction program through interactive activities to ensure the integration of new students. \- Manage welfare programs by diagnosing the economic and social conditions of the student community. \- Identify students' needs, interests, and challenges to provide appropriate guidance.
