Respond to customer messages and inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Provide information and quotations for maintenance and repair services. Coordinate and supervise work performed by mechanics and workshop assistants. Follow up with customers and close service sales. Organize the workshop's appointment schedule and service planning. Supervise service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate spare parts orders and warranty tracking. Support social media postings and promotions. Report on service delivery and sales performance. Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive workshop administration. Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive services. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media, and basic office tools. Organized, proactive individual with leadership potential.
