Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced concierge to handle access control, visitor registration, and communication management. Key Highlights: 1. Building concierge experience 2. Friendly, respectful, honest, responsible, and proactive person Responsibilities: * Building access control * Receiving correspondence * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival * Managing parking * Monitoring surveillance cameras * Recording relevant incidents in the incident logbook * Answering phone calls Requirements: \- Age between 25 and 50 years (minimum) \- Building concierge experience \- Customer service experience \- Friendly, respectful, honest, responsible, and proactive Available for Lince and/or Surco; 12-hour rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,450\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (Mandatory) Experience: * Building concierge: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
