Active collaboration in operational and administrative support. * **Service Assistant Profile** **Job Mission** Perform activities aimed at efficiently and safely transporting laundry garments according to operational needs and established timeframes, while also assisting services when required and complying with traffic regulations. **Job Responsibilities** \- Responsible for managing vehicle maintenance and fuel control. \- Responsible for monitoring SOAT expiration dates and vehicle technical inspections. \- Responsible for assuming all penalties and/or fines incurred during operations. \- Submission of petty cash reports related to vehicle usage. \- Drive the assigned unit to transport garments, materials, and other items. \- Load and unload garments, materials, and other items. \- Select and validate garments. \- Personalize garments (bagging, sizing, coding, and fragrance application). \- Coordinate with the laundry operator regarding all service entries to ensure quality and on-time delivery. \- Guarantee the documentation process for goods entry/exit (delivery note), both to and from customers. \- Inventory and report all garments received from customers according to established procedures. \- Record garment custody in the system weekly for undelivered garments to maintain information control. \- Actively collaborate in all aspects related to operational and administrative support, including process execution and service delivery. \- Inform customers at the end of service about the custody status of undelivered garments. **Role Competencies** \- Ability to drive light and heavy vehicles with AI license. \- Capacity to handle routine work. \- Ability to make decisions ensuring control over methods, people, or situations. \- Ability to resolve basic mechanical issues of the vehicle. Minimum Desired Professional Profile \- AI driver's license \- Educational level \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions \- Experience in dispatch duties \- Interaction with external and internal customers \- No police or criminal records Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
