Job Summary: Support accounting and tax-related functions, including recording transactions, preparing reports, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth financial workflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preparing and analyzing financial and accounting reports. 2. Monitoring of financial transactions and bank reconciliations. 3. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools to optimize processes. • Recording of purchases, sales, and payment vouchers in the accounting system. • Support in preparing and analyzing financial and accounting reports. • Bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial transactions. • Filing, organizing, and validating accounting and tax documentation. • Assistance with monthly tax filings and compliance with tax obligations. • Verification and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools to optimize administrative and accounting processes. • Coordination with various departments to ensure accurate financial information flow. • Other accounting-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
