Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical student to manage the company's accounting, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the company's accounting and financial records. 2. Collaborate in audits and asset control. 3. Opportunity to automate processes and improve efficiency. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage the company's accounting, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws. * Record the company's accounting and financial transactions, such as: accounting ledgers, payroll, supplier payments, etc. * Analyze balance sheet and P&L account variances. * Manage the financial database, ensuring integrity and accuracy of accounting records. * Collaborate in audits by providing relevant information and assisting in resolving potential discrepancies. * Collaborate in the monthly control of Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Legal Contingencies, among others. * Automate processes to help make the team more efficient. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Students from the 7th semester onwards in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency (desirable). * Competencies: communication at all levels, analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork.
