Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting technician to handle purchase registration, bank management, reconciliations, and account analysis, with a minimum of 6 months of experience. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in purchase registration and accounting management 2. Knowledge of bank reconciliations and account analysis 3. Proficiency in Concar or Siscont is desirable **Job Description:** Position Profile: * Male, aged 20–30, accounting technician; university studies completed or final-year student (acceptable) * Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience. Required Knowledge: * Purchase registration in accounting software: invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc. * Experience in **Concar** or **Siscont** is desirable. * Bank ledger, petty cash, and settlement of advances for reimbursement. * Bank reconciliations and account analysis. * Familiarity with import costing is preferred. * Basic Office skills and good writing ability are desirable. Responsibilities: * Verification and entry of payment vouchers into the accounting system; updating the document control Excel sheet. * Entry of petty cash journal entries into bank ledgers, bank ledger, and provisions in the general journal. * Downloading and tracking withholding tax, deduction, and perception vouchers.
