Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and executing treasury operations, controlling payments, performing reconciliations, and supporting the accounting department in a drilling company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and executes treasury operations and financial obligations. 2. Performs bank reconciliations and supports the accounting department. 3. Prepares financial reports and forecasts for decision-making. **Xplomine SAC** A Peruvian company with extensive experience in drilling and its own fleet of over 20 drilling rigs, possessing solid expertise in UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE DIAMOND DRILLING (conventional and directional), REVERSE CIRCULATION (RC), WATER WELLS, geotechnical drilling, sub-horizontal drainage, among other services; backed by over 3.5 million meters drilled. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and execute the company's treasury operations and financial obligations. * Record, control, and track payments according to established schedules. * Perform bank reconciliations and accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information. * Support the accounting department by recording and controlling financial transactions. * Update and monitor the company's financial obligations and accounts payable. * Prepare financial reports and cash flow analyses for decision-making. * Prepare financial forecasts and treasury reports as required by management. * Coordinate with banking institutions and internal departments to ensure operational continuity and fulfillment of financial obligations. * Maintain proper control and organization of financial and banking documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and financial management. * SAP experience. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Competencies** * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Handling of confidential information.
