Academic background: Degree holder in Economics, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Academic degree: Bachelor's degree required; additionally, a Master's degree is preferred. If not yet obtained, completion of Master's or Doctoral studies in any of the aforementioned disciplines must be demonstrated. Specializations: Must include the following areas: Credit and collections management. Credit risk management. Regulatory standards governing the cooperative and financial system. Financial system. Professional experience: Minimum of more than three (3) years in managerial or executive positions within Level 3 Coopac institutions, or two (2) years within Level 2 Coopac institutions with total assets exceeding 32,200 UIT, within the last eight (8) years, in companies or institutions with annual revenues exceeding 850 Taxable Income Units (UIT).
