We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, results orientation, and motivation to advance professionally within a growing company. Main Responsibilities * Advise customers interested in purchasing vehicles through financing alternatives. * Prospect and contact new customers. * Follow up on prospects and commercial opportunities. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate advisory support. * Explain the terms and features of our financing alternatives. * Manage calls, messages, and commercial meetings. * Negotiate and close commercial transactions. * Keep customer and prospect information updated. * Achieve established sales targets and goals. Requirements * **Prior experience is not mandatory.** * Preferably, knowledge or experience in **collective investment funds, banking and finance, credit, loans, vehicle financing, or financial products.** * Interest in developing a career in sales and learning about the automotive and financial sectors. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Basic proficiency in digital tools. * Availability to work onsite in Northern Lima. **We provide continuous training and mentoring**, so if you have a commercial mindset and eagerness to learn, this opportunity is also for you.
