Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Analyst to promote products, attract members, provide advisory services, and evaluate credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote credit products and services to members. 2. Attract new members for the Cooperative. 3. Evaluate and assess credit applications. We are the Savings and Credit Cooperative "29 de Agosto" of the National Police of Peru. We invite you to continue growing with us in the position of Credit Analyst. Requirements: Technical graduate, Bachelor's degree, or certified professional in Business Sciences, Administration, and/or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. Minimum one year of experience performing similar functions in Savings and Credit Cooperatives or Financial Institutions, with ethical and moral integrity. Responsibilities: • Promote credit products and services, as well as the benefits offered by the Cooperative to its members, via telephone. • Carry out activities to attract new members for the Cooperative. • Provide advisory services to members when they make telephone calls regarding their accounts or payment dates. • Address inquiries from delegates across various provinces. • Implement the Cooperative’s credit policy in accordance with regulations issued by national financial system regulatory authorities, while staying updated on developments in local and national financial operations, evaluating alternatives, and proposing them to the appropriate decision-making levels. • Consult the information system and the Risk Center to review the credit status of the member, spouse, and guarantors. Additionally, verify the member’s contributions to the Cooperative and any linked credit facilities. • Conduct thorough evaluations using the information provided by the member concerning the economic unit, business, and/or enterprise to be financed, in order to determine the member’s repayment capacity, promptly identify credit risks, estimate willingness to repay, and apply the Cooperative’s credit methodology. • Analyze, evaluate, and assess credit applications in accordance with the Credit Manual, internal and external regulations, and applicable standards.
