Monitor electrical management indicators and propose improvements On behalf of the **Maintenance Office**, we are seeking 1 **Electrical Supervisor** who meets the following profile: **Job Mission:** Ensure safe, continuous, and efficient electrical operations across the campus and peripheral sites by supervising outsourced service execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and supporting the office in electrical improvement, energy efficiency, and infrastructure modernization projects. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operation, maintenance, and safety of electrical systems across the campus and peripheral locations, verifying compliance with technical standards to ensure operational continuity of infrastructure. * Provide technical support to the Maintenance Office regarding improvement, modernization, and energy efficiency projects, participating in their planning, implementation, and monitoring to contribute to optimizing the electrical infrastructure. * Supervise outsourced electrical maintenance services both technically and contractually, verifying compliance with service-level agreements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations to ensure intervention quality and operational continuity. * Participate in evaluating electrical infrastructure renovation and expansion projects, reviewing technical specifications, deliverables, and work acceptance documentation to ensure proper implementation and compliance with applicable regulations. * Monitor and analyze electrical management and energy consumption indicators, preparing reports and proposing improvement actions to support technical and operational decision-making. * Verify compliance with current regulations, safety protocols, and institutional standards applicable to electrical installations and contracted services to mitigate risks and ensure technical conformity. * Perform other complementary or related duties assigned by management within the strategic objectives of the Directorate of Administration and Finance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Five (5) years of experience in the Education, Real Estate, or Industrial Plant sectors. * Three (3) years of experience in maintenance. * Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role. * Certification in electrical safety and/or energy management (desirable). * Knowledge of project management (desirable). * Proficiency in digital tools. * Proficiency in office software (word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) for information preparation and organization. * Intermediate English proficiency.
