Opportunity for professional development As Human Resources Coordinator at Creditomype, you will play the important role of managing and coordinating staff selection, training, development, and welfare processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing talent retention strategies, ensuring compliance with Peruvian labor regulations, and collaborating on the optimization of internal processes. This is a full-time position conducted onsite at our offices located in San Isidro, Lima. · Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 03 years of experience in this position. Experience in managing selection, training, and talent development processes. Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations and administrative HR management. Skills in data analysis and preparation of reports related to departmental KPIs. Availability to travel to our branches nationwide. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm · Responsibilities Design and implement the annual HR plan aligned with the company’s strategy. Define and update departmental policies and procedures. Manage the HR department budget. Supervise and ensure efficient recruitment, selection, onboarding, and hiring processes. Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, vacations, leaves, medical leave, and payroll. Validate contracts, amendments, and records with T-Registro / SUNAT. Supervise the updating of physical and digital personnel files for all employees. Lead workplace wellness, organizational climate, and occupational health initiatives. Promote and supervise integration, recognition, and motivation activities. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Manage responses to inspections by SUNAFIL or other authorities. Draft and manage official communications related to human resources. · Benefits Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
