Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations and administrative HR management. Skills in data analysis and preparation of reports related to departmental KPIs. Availability to travel to our branches nationwide. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm · Responsibilities Design and implement the annual HR plan aligned with the company’s strategy. Define and update departmental policies and procedures. Manage the HR department budget. Supervise and ensure efficient recruitment, selection, onboarding, and hiring processes. Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, vacations, leaves, medical leave, and payroll. Validate contracts, amendments, and records with T-Registro / SUNAT. Supervise the updating of physical and digital personnel files for all employees. Lead workplace wellness, organizational climate, and occupational health initiatives. Promote and supervise integration, recognition, and motivation activities. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
